Dr. Janel Hillstrom, Owner, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Janel is the owner & founder of Comprehensive Family Mental Healthcare and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to care and is deeply committed to helping individuals feel understood, supported, and confident in their treatment. As a married mother of three, Janel understands the demands of real life and offers care that is both practical and personalized, supporting patients as they work toward greater balance and well-being.

Hilary Burgoyne, Reception, Office Assistant
Hilary is the Receptionist and Office Assistant at Comprehensive Family Mental Healthcare. She helps keep the day-to-day flow of the clinic running smoothly and is often one of the first friendly faces patients interact with. Hilary is known for her warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care for people, and she takes pride in supporting both patients and providers however she can.
Outside of the office, Hillary is a mom of seven and a grandma to two, and she brings that same steady, compassionate presence into her work each day. She is also in school to become a therapist!

Jalayne Telford, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Jalayne is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Utah native who believes deeply in meeting people where they are. She takes a collaborative, thoughtful approach to care and values helping patients feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate their mental health. Known for her calm, compassionate presence, Jalayne works with teens and adults to find treatment paths that feel both effective and empowering.

Heidi Joslin, Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Heidi is a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 30 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through life’s challenges. She brings warmth, honesty, and deep compassion into the therapy space, creating an environment where clients feel safe to be themselves and do meaningful work. Heidi believes in the power of genuine connection and supports clients in building clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.
