New patient visits to establish care are $275 (cash pay). We are still accepting insurance.
Individualized Treatment Plan
Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is unique to your goals and needs. It will include your diagnosis, goals for treatment, medication and self care plan. This can be useful to help guide treatment decisions and serves as a method to evaluate progress in your mental health journey.
